MULTAN IMPROVEMENT TRUST versus SULTAN MAHMOOD
Appeals 12, 18 and 50 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, do not satisfy the compensation given to the eligibility of the owners of the land which was acquired for the benefit of the Land Authority, Land acquisition collector under Section 18 of the Act Authority The petition was moved against the award collector on reference for otherwise he was unable to move, the landowners' compensation increased but the application filed by the authority dismissed the dismissal. Appeal is a provincial government, company or corporation that was not able to challenge the beneficial land or Unable to ask for reference. Under the Act which did not grant the authority the right to appeal, the appeal filed by the Authority was not maintainable.
