The petition for the transfer of the case of the wife pending in court in section 25L of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964, while the case filed for the restoration of the marital rights pending in the court of the husband's g, is the only deciding factor in the case. In order to avoid any possibility of dispute, the husband was dismissed from the KG's court and handed over to the L's court for simultaneous decisions.
