SALAMAT MASIH versus PUNJAB LABOUR APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
Referring to Article 25A&38 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969, the Labor Court was re-employed, instructing employees to take on full duty benefits. The Labor Appellate Tribunal upheld its decision. The Labor Court has denied employees such benefits that it did not explicitly exclude from their evidence that they had been employed in their evidence before the Labor Court had proved that they had done anything. But the Labor Appellate Tribunal refused to order, withholding benefits, illegal and without legal authorization.
