Sections 4 to 10 of the State Immigration Ordinance 1981 require the waiver of the jurisdiction of the courts in the foreign state, Pakistan, from the States recognizing the rules of immunity international law, under which it is presumed that any State may be other Cannot claim jurisdiction over the countries and although states can sue in foreign countries, they cannot sue as a state.
