Article 626 Dismissing false admissions and evidence cannot be the basis for a new trial or a decision to be reversed if it is independent of the evidence objected to, where there is sufficient evidence to justify the decision. There was enough material to justify this. The verdict will not affect the authenticity of the verdict merely by the admission of such evidence, however, based on where the conviction was objected, the conviction was accepted and no one else could warrant such judgment. And there was no independent evidence, it could be set aside, and the trial could be reversed. Ordered
