This is tainted with a religious purpose given to the ordinance through Article 20 of the Constitution's protection. The Muslim Family Law also repeals the expression contained in the Ordinance, 1961, Article 227, and contradicts the principles and provisions contained in the resolution of the objectives in Article 2A.
