The accused actually deposited a very small amount and then claimed a large sum of money himself? Prosecution witnesses? What cross? Investigation was conducted by the accused, but there was no harm in saying that the witnesses gave false evidence or tried to falsely implicate the accused in this case. Didn't the Accountant's Bank's signature on the disputed documents match their signature? The accused was a fraudster and the accused did not contend with the bank manager's statement which was dismissed before the trial court and filed a complaint by the accused along with a photocopy of the original forgery. The accused, the only clerk in the public department, even though he claimed such a large sum, made no attempt to present any evidence to the trial court to show how he collected such a large sum of money ?? d, claimed that this was not a TT
