Therefore, on 13 1 1982 the final order passed in this case was merged and under this the petitioner could not successfully challenge the last order dated 13 ated 1981 without finalizing the final order on 13 December 1983. ? 1982 Applicants approached the same court which passed the order and prayed after the approval of the order dated 30 198 1981, and the time period for the security offer. The extension of time for the security offer that was approved, which, after the approval of the final decree of 1982, petitioners once again approached the same court for further extension of security. After the transfer, the High Court obtained orders on 5 11 1985. The case, which was extended by them a month to provide security, provided the applicants with such action, their acquaintance not only with the jurisdiction of the special court but also on the date of 30 but 1981.
