MERCANTILE FIRE & GENERAL INSURANCE CO. OF PAKISTAN LTD. versus CONTROLLER OF INSURANCE
The Insurance Act 1938 Section 1110 Civil Procedure Code (V8 1908), OXXIX, RR 1 and 2 has been canceled by the plaintiff's fire insurance and maritime insurance registration by the plaintiff although to file an appeal against such cancellation. Is entitled to it but to no avail. Failure to obtain a certiorari under the Insurance Act for filing a claim of authenticity or ownership of the opportunity and unknown cancellation orders, and obtaining a temporary injunction to file a lawsuit, which has been canceled by the registration authority. Provides a comprehensive range of machinery to achieve relief against orders. Could not be approved in the same way, and a direct case could not be established in a court of civil jurisdiction over validation or ownership of the said orders for cancellation of registration and provisional injunction, which is invalid Is being considered
