An application for termination of section 561A Penal Code (XLV of 1860), section 430/506, was initially filed against the state and subsequently three other respondents, including a member of the judiciary, were arrested. There was neither a complainant nor a witness against it, and it was apparently only the petitioner's humiliation to humiliate the member of the judiciary, which called itself outdated, which itself manages justice with others. He cannot be denied justice when asked by a judge, he is a prisoner of his conscience and, like every citizen of Pakistan, was entitled to a judge.
