Pakistan Penal Code Sections 161 and 109 Promotion of Corruption Act (III of 1947), Section 5 (2) of Pakistan Criminal Law Amendment Act (XL of 1958), Section 10 (4) exempts judicial proceedings whether Pakistan operates under criminal procedure. The necessary cases are to be heard. The Legal Amendment Act, 1958, cannot be withdrawn by a public prosecutor without a written order from a public prosecutor. The consent of the court is not prohibited under section 10 (4) of the Act, and under the special law, this order is in the government's favor. Return where the application is moved under section 10 (4) (XL of 1958) of the Act and it is permissible to state the case or the consent of the court is not required
