ABDUL QAYUM versus STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) Section 497 Contempt Rule (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 326, 147, 148, 149 and 504 were taken by the four witnesses in an identity test, of which two were not injured. Hostility was not charged, nor did the circumstances show that the complainant and the prosecution witnesses had any reason to falsely implicate the accused, police released the three accomplices, while two were released on bail. The incident was disgusting in which one person lost his life and two were severely injured with a weapon. There was a recent case and the case could not be settled yet, in any case there was no case for bail.
