Removal of Section 2 of the Eviction Property and Disputes Act (1975) Act 1975, remanding a formal officer to the trial officer and ordering them to make a fresh decision in light of the observations after the parties have had a chance to settle their case. After considering some of the documents given and processed which were important for the decision of the parties' rights to land in the dispute, the competent officer was also directed by the High Court to seek the applicant's authority. Issue an officer's inquiry order which shows that he did not comply with the directions of the High Court. Nor did it comply. In the light of the observations filed in the High Court's decision in the case relating to his mind in the plea and after giving the verdict reasonable opportunity to the parties in support of his respective version, the empowered officer under Section 2 of Act XIV of 1975 The remand was obtained.
