Civil Procedure Code Order XXXVIIA XXXVII of the CPC Summary Procedure, R3 (2) Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) Ordinance (XIX of 1979), Section 6 argues that the Ordinance was unconstitutional, void and expressly Was outside its scope. As required and that the Constitution (Eighth) Amendment Act, 1985 was not agreed by the President of Pakistan till the Ordinance XIX of 1979, the existing law was not, such dispute arose under the jurisdiction of the banking companies. This cannot be checked using (recovered) loan ordinance, 1979
