Pakistan Penal Code Section 161 Martial Law Order (Zone C) No 59 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 ML 0 59 has been found guilty of accepting bribe by summary military court for Rs. According to the letter issued by the Martial Law Authority, cases of Rs 100 and above can be prosecuted by the summary military court after the approval of the DMLA and the summary military court was not authorized to prosecute the accused. Because the amount involved was only 60 rupees, there was no ban on MLO 59 which had no restrictions. The delivery of the Martial Law Order of Bribes and Letters issued by the Martial Law Authority could not be amended and the notification issued for the trial of such crimes had already served the imprisonment and its earlier application was illegal.
