GULLAN versus BOARD OF REVENUE
Section 5 and 6 of the West Pakistan Board of Revenue Act 1957 were canceled in the name of the land cancellation applicant due to the cancellation of the grant in the land grant dispute, demanding payment of the balance amount despite service of notice. The applicant, having ceased to have any interest in the canceled land where the Board of Revenue was required to adjourn the matter with regard to the judicial aspect, the administrative aspect (Department of Land Use) restored the grant in favor of the applicant. Was not permitted in the law, especially when the applicant made a similar request in the first place It was diminished
