Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Sindh Tenant Limitation Ordinance (XVII of 1979), the constitutional jurisdiction of Sections 15 and 16, cannot be generally delegated to a service where the rate of rent, or period of rent arrears. There is a related dispute. The constitutional jurisdiction can be suppressed, within the question of either the landlord and the tenant relationship, where all these questions were, in fact, purely legal and a question already settled by the superior courts.
