In the Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance 1965 Section 50 Order, the order to change the time of the stage carriage authority has been changed to the schedule of the stage carriage owned by the transporter. The transporter said on oath that the order to change the time of his stage carriage was approved by the authority without any notice to him and was merely approved. Objections of Other Transporters No counter affidavit was filed by the Authority to deny the transporter's charge, which was otherwise found to be valid, a statement of the Authority that heard the transporter's objection to the schedule change. And his view was considered at length, could not be accepted
