Section 11 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 115 legal jurisdiction did not discriminate and there was fair and complete hearing of the parties. The trial court and the appellate court gave their verdict on the merits and evidence of the case, and the injustice appears to have raised the issue of illegal jurisdiction of the court, before which the appellate court rejected the trial. The court's decision was affirmed and the review against the order of the appellate court was dismissed.
