The cantonment (Election and Election Petition) Rules 1979 r 79, 80, 81 and 82 challenged the Election Tribunal's order under which the respondent's only basis for making the election challenging after announcing the selection of the candidate was canceled. It was that the Election Tribunal had failed to comply with the rules and regulations of the applicant since the only reason for the absence of rules for electoral challenging was that it would be open for the applicant to receive relief. Elections can be ruled out as a whole, it was no exception.
