Article 199 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 11 and AXXIII, R1 Constitution Petition Judasista, which had earlier withdrawn the constitutional petition, filed another petition on the same subject. The petition, unconditionally and without permission, allowed the petitioner to withdraw the earlier constitutional petition and leave the relief without the permission to file a new application for the time being, on the basis of which the motion for the same relief was revoked. Could not enter a new running request. Constitutional request was dismissed
