Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 8 (7) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 The trade union dispute with the election officials' consent request was agreed that the election of the officers would be held under the supervision of the Registrar and the elected officials. The date of such election shall be held in his office and he shall be entitled to exercise his rights under the Constitution of the Union. In connection with the removal of the constitutional request that a contract be entered into between former union officials and the administration, according to the law, it would be binding on the newly elected officials of the union.
