Punjab Land Revenue Act 1887 Sections 12, 122 and 158 resulted in the divisional proceedings to make the instrument of registration of the distribution suit and the instrument of distribution to Pakistan. The execution of a warrant issued by the Revenue Officer on the basis of a distribution device was part of the distribution process because the transfer of possession by the Revenue Officer to influence the decision made in the distribution action by drawing a revenue instrument. The property allocated to shareholders thus commenced with the Revenue Officer in connection with the continuation of the distribution proceedings and, thus, such proceedings could be reviewed, appealed or modified under the relevant law. Can be summoned only under the circumstances in which the civil court was denied. In connection with a suit, such proceedings were precisely the right of the courts to say that the Revenue Officer issued the Revenue Record for the issuance of a warrant issued by the Applicability of Distribution Tool. A civil suit cannot be questioned by a party dependent.
