NASIM MALIK versus THE CHAIRMAN, PAKISTAN INTERNATIONAL AIRLINESCORPORATION
Section 4 of the Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Act (XIX of 1956), section 10 (3) [as incorporated by the Pakistan International Airlines Corporation (Amendment) Ordinance (LIII of 1984)] of the administrative tribunal or court of employees of Pakistan International Airlines Establishment is considered civil. From the date of the amendment to Act XIX of 1956, where the Administrative Tribunal or Court is established, no other court has jurisdiction in matters relating to the terms and conditions of the Government Employees Service Tribunal in the case of employees of Pakistan International Airlines Corporation. The purpose of the Service Tribunals Act, 1973 was not to sustain the jurisdiction of the Service Tribunal in such case.
