Leave to appeal for murder by reading Section 777, Sections 148, 149 and 392, the trial court acquitted four of the eight accused and acquitted all four. Counsel for the applicant's counsel argued (i) that the trial court had given no reason to deny the prosecution's case against the acquitted accused, and (ii) that the High Court preferred the prosecution in their proper context. And didn't appreciate the defensive version. Allow the appeal to be referred to the version of the accused in the prosecution's charge so that the evidence of the defendant's conduct is based on true legal principles and the law is required according to the proper definition of evidence.
