Further inquiries regarding Section 497 Constitutional Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 302,307,148 and 149 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) are a matter of sudden conflict with the High Court's intervention Prima. Both sides accused of being injured have been accused of causing simple injuries to unimportant parts of two witnesses. The High Court granted bail on the basis that there was no reasonable basis for the conviction that the accused was allegedly responsible for the murder of the victim and that there was sufficient grounds for further investigation. His conviction was that the Supreme Court refused to interfere in the exercise of arbitration by the High Court, as such a view of the matter could be taken as valid and the appeal allowed.
