Was taken into consideration and the young age of the accused. Because of his honor, he was sentenced to three years in prison. The RI High Court, after thoroughly scrutinizing the evidence of the authentic principles of appreciation of the evidence of the three witnesses, concluded that the prosecution had proved the murder charge. Has failed. Plaintiff's view, taken by the High Court, is an untenable petition for leave to appeal
