ISLAM DIN versus ALLAH NAWAZ
Article 5 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) hearing of the apology for delay in filing an appeal before the wrong forum, dismissing the petition before the second appeal by the High Court. Before the High Court returned the High Court as ineligible District Judge, the appellate delay in submitting the appeal on the basis that the selection of the wrong forum was a genuine mistake which led to the High Court's decision in the second appeal. It took more than thirty days, subject to timeout. Obtaining copies, etc., wrongly apologized, the District Judge's Order seeking reversal said that the party should not have been punished because of a lawyer's error, and that the search was overturned by the High Court in review. Can't be done, I dismiss the High Court argument. The delay was not open to interference, not admissible to the law nor accusatory
