AXLI, R 1 and O XLII, R 2 Appeals relating to the trial court's copy of the appeal of the trial court dismissed the appellants for failure to provide a copy of the trial court's decision, as well as their appeals by the High Court. I filed a petition with the copy of the trial court's decision but claimed that the trial court's attempt to obtain a copy of the decision will be kept on record as soon as it becomes available to the appellants. Delivery with the copy was rejected, the copy was supplied the same day but the appellant kept it on record after the expiry of three months and the appeal was subsequently barred and delayed. No application was made for, the High Court ruled that the refusal to send goods with production was not the first time the court ruled and dismissed the appeal as a time limitation.
