MUHAMMADI KHAN versus SUBHAN KHAN
The allotted respondents allotted under the Martial Law Regulation No. 9, under section 10 and 11 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and 199, in the preliminary allotment, seeking the appreciation of evidence on questions of material irregularity limitations and facts.
