Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) Failure of Service Appeal Tribunal to Exit Service argued that the Tribunal neither accepted nor rejected the arguments after notice. The proceedings were moved from one officer to the other by the prejudice of the applicant, due process was not observed during the investigation and this charge was not made against the applicant when he was noted in the disputed judgment. On the go, the arguments were fully applied, and there was no prejudice. Due to the applicant, a fair amount of justice was done and the course of action was not taken. The questions regarding the evidence of the allegations were not as if the court justified the intervention of the Supreme Court, there was no question of involvement in the law of public importance, refusing to appeal.
