Article 777777 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) relating to conditions of imprisonment, a college student found physical activity on a 9-year-old boy at the age of 18 and sentenced him to 10 years rigorous imprisonment. The appeal sentence was limited to 4 years on the basis of age and being a college student, the petition was revoked which already reduced the sentence from 10 years to 4 years. Has been shown to be gentle.
