Article 185 (3) of the Punjab Pre-Emission Act (I of 1913), Section 21, the leave to appeal the grant of fresh application to the Supreme Court had not been decided before the appeal of the pre-emptor before the High Court. The objection was not taken forward nor has any illegal identification been made, which the Supreme Court cannot grant leave to deny.
