The adjudication of sentence and sentence by the High Court should be considered as a sudden fight between the parties, it should also consider whether the accused did not act in a cruel manner and the complainant. Was not unfairly exploited by, as long as the injury to the head of an accused is sustained. Found serious enough, the case, under trial, was not one in which the accused party had unfairly exploited the other party or acted in a cruel manner, there was no basis for interfering in the unknown decision, for appeal. Holiday request dismissed
