(ii) whether to redress individual grievances of employees in national banks and financial institutions for the resolution of any individual complaint made under any law under section 22B (iii) (a) of the Ordinance, 1969, to the National Industrial Relations Commission. There was no jurisdiction for their decisions. Or Award or Settlement; (iii) whether the provisions of the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Ordinance, 1968 apply to matters of employees.
