Was mistakenly considered a resumed land under MLR 115. Upon reviewing it against the allotment order, the Chief Land Commissioner held that such surrendered land could only be dealt with under the MLR. Therefore, allotment can be made in the name of the applicant under MLR 115? Can't such a land be subject to the provisions of MLR 115, given the legality of the total cut ?? The view taken by the Chief Land Commissioner was not open to any exception as an intervention in the order of the Chiefland Commiss. Mirror in the exercise of arbitrary constipation
