The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199, Constitutional Jurisdiction, the High Court was remanded to the lower authority with clear direction that after deciding the matter, the matter should be resolved on the basis of the opportunity of the parties to the hearing. Changing the occasion on which the applicants alleged that without the compliance of the instructions given in the remand, there was a party order of the sanctioning authority which was declared illegal by the High Court and the case was already given in this regard. According to the instructions, the remand for this decision was obtained.
