Unlawful possession of arms was recovered from a 12 bore gun / 7 mm rifle under Section 13 & 14 of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance 1965, which was not subject to any trial under Section 13 of the Ordinance and was only by the first class trial of the accused magistrate. Could prosecute the accused. Session judge, arrested without jurisdiction
