Pakistan Penal Code Section 161 The fraudulent witness confessed the recovery of the duggadar money after illegal refinement and proved that such money was received for temporary safe custody at the time of restoration. The perjury witness, with arrest, cannot safely be relied upon without any accomplice and without the reasonable possibility that the accused was paid for temporary custody, cannot be excluded.
