MUHAMMAD SIDDIQUE versus THE STATE
Pakistan Penal Code Section 4 304, Part I Rights Defendant alleges that he suffered a simple injury to his head with a shoulder weapon which resulted in a sharp weapon injury to his abdomen, resulting in his death. The accused was not attacked by prosecution or with the help of anyone else. Minor injuries to the suspects were revealed in which the accused incited the victim to torture. To which the accused reacted, the accused was found guilty under Section 304, Part I, PPC in circumstances related to exceeding the defense right.
