In the Pakistan Penal Code Sections 307, 149 and 148 factions, three members of the accused party were injured due to sharp and shoulder arms. One of the serious nature of the injuries, eye witnesses were charged in a counter-case against wounds inflicted by trial witnesses, in which the complaining party was acquitted. And against which no appeal was filed, it cannot be said in these circumstances that the bad accused was without legal or factual justification.
