Sections 13 (2) (i) and 15 eviction proceedings are deemed to be different from the actual date of filing of the evidence in the court, due to a clerical error by the controller of rent, due to the clerical error, the date of the filing of the evidence in the court. While it appears that the filing of rent on this date was also adjourned to an appellate court, it cannot be said that there are false documents.
