West Pakistan Citizens Rental Ordinance 1959 Sections 13 and 15 of the Appellate Court, deciding the case against the landlord who settled the tenancy and determined the illegal rent and dismissed the appellate court under a mistaken assumption. By rejecting that the rent controller rejects the order of the receipts provided by the tenants. The payment of rent was proved against the order of eviction of the tenants which was approved by the appellate court, held without any legal authority, and set aside.
