IRAYAT ULLAH versus MUHAMMAD RASHID
Rule 13 of Pakistan Ordinance 1959 (1973), Article 199 of the West Pakistan Citizen Hire Restriction Constitutional jurisdiction against mutual orders for tenants to avail themselves of the tenant's rent and to take advantage of the jurisdiction of the rent controller. As a preliminary objection, the tenants' initial objection has been banned. And some witnesses reviewed it, holding the constitutional jurisdiction against the formal control of the tenant under which it refused to treat the matter on the basis of the initial objection, not only to the parties. Will not only delay justice nor prolong their annoyance, but will also cause unnecessary wastage of public time. The jurisdiction against the interstate order of the tenant overturned by the High Court was rejected.
