It is a fact that the liable master against the master and servant of the losers, Section 1 and 2 of the Deadly Accident Act 1855, who is jointly and severally liable for any violence by his maid while he is employed. The person who was primarily responsible was not. The case has been filed, should not the person against whom the responsibility be charged. Damage suits can be retained against the driver's employer.
