The West Pakistan Civil Courts Ordinance 1962 Section 24 suit, retaining suit against one of the defendants employed by the Government, was withdrawn by the plaintiff / applicant at the time of the trial when the trial court's decision At the time only the private parties were left, the suit did not amount to more than Rs. 15,000 for the defendants, which was fully permissible, in the case of the appellate court on the basis of the instability of the suit. The search was reached, under which the provisions of s 24 of the Ordinance, 1962 were emphasized. On the original post misconduct, the High Court put aside and the case was referred to the appellate court for a new decision as per law.
