Sections 42 and 56 (i) of the Special Relief Act, 1877, approve the bar against the President, other officials and members of the Bar Association's Managing Committee (KBA) for the purpose of obtaining relief against the bar, although its remedies Provided for. Can be obtained from the President and the Managing Committee, but said that the officials themselves are the parties against whom relief has been claimed, it will only be a waste of time and waste if the plaintiff is seeking treatment under the relevant rules and regulations. Treatment, therefore, such rules and regulations cannot be considered an effective way of banning the injunction under section 56 (i) of the Special Relief Act.
