Section 19 (1) Tenant Withdrawal Tenant's written response to the tenant's filing on the specified day. Failure to file a written statement, where a request for removal was made other than section 14, the Rent Controller will issue a notice to the respondent. Written response in the period not exceeding fifteen days from the receipt of the notice. If the date in the notice for filing a written reply is fixed, the tenant may fail to produce the same, with no reasonable excuse, request for withdrawal. Where no date for filing a written statement was scheduled and the matter was settled for earlier evidence, such an order would be an unlawful act.
