The defendant and his co-accused have no reason to lie about their signatures to their witnesses The account holder does not mention in his complaint about depositing money with the accused, neither to the bank officer nor the cashier to receive the Burden. The cashier sentenced the accused for transferring the money to receive the payment, cannot be retained.
