The Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 Sections 15 and 16 (1) (i) temporarily attacked the defense of non-compliance of the rental order, and the tenant was administratively unable to deposit the rent with the rent controller by the tenant. The tenant was deposited in the rent case. The tenant controller's instructions, and also not in a timely manner, no explanation has been offered by the tenant regarding the rent not being submitted in the case of rental eviction, as instructed by the rent controller tenant, for temporary rent.
